What that looks like in practice
A $40 order
$2.00 fee
Plain 5%. You keep $38.00 before your own printing costs.
A $12 order, one sticker item
$1.50 fee
5% would be $0.60, so the $1.50 per-item minimum applies.
A $500 order
$25 fee
5% would be $25 — and that's the cap. Bigger orders never cost more.
One more cap, just in case
At install you approve a $250 per 30-day spending cap — you can raise it any time. If a great month hits the cap, shoppers can still place orders, simply raise your cap to access the new files and continue fulfillment. You're never surprised on your invoice, and your customers never notice a thing.
